This Breakfast Parfait is a delicious and satisfying meal packed with protein and healthy low glycemic carbohydrates to keep you satisfied for hours.
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 cup non-fat Plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp. raw honey
- 1/4-1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp. granola
Combine first 4 ingredients in a small saucepan. Add just a dash of water and place on a stove-top burner set to low. Simmer berries on low until just boiling and starting to thicken. Remove from heat and set aside.
In a small bowl, place Greek yogurt, honey, and cinnamon. Stir to combine. Top with 1/4-1/2 cup berry mixture and granola. Enjoy!
