Cool Tropical Smoothie


This cool, tropical smoothie can be enjoyed for breakfast lunch or dinner!  Use Fresh or frozen fruit and enjoy this refreshing, satisfying and protein packed smoothie all summer long.


  • 1/2 cup diced pineapple
  • 1/2 cup diced cantaloupe
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • few ice cubes
  • dash of nutmeg


Combine all ingredients in a smoothie blender until smooth.


237 calories, 21 grams carbohydrates, 2.5 grams fat, 31.5 grams protein (depending on type of protein powder used)
