This cool, tropical smoothie can be enjoyed for breakfast lunch or dinner! Use Fresh or frozen fruit and enjoy this refreshing, satisfying and protein packed smoothie all summer long.
- 1/2 cup diced pineapple
- 1/2 cup diced cantaloupe
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- few ice cubes
- dash of nutmeg
Combine all ingredients in a smoothie blender until smooth.
